In August 2000 Green Ronin released the adventure Death in Freeport and kicked off the d20 phenomenon. This ENnie and Origins Award winning adventure was the first in the Freeport Trilogy, which was completed by Terror in Freeport and Madness in Freeport. All three adventures have been out of print for years, but that's about to change. To celebrate the 5-year anniversary of both the company and Freeport, Green Ronin is bringing together the entire trilogy under one cover for the first time. This new edition has been updated to the 3.5 rules and revised and expanded to make the campaign more detailed and complete. It's time to return to the city that started it all. They don't call Freeport "the City of Adventure" for nothing!

Temple Quarter
A City Quarters Sourcebook for the d20 System

Written by JD Wiker
Maps by Christopher West
Cover image by Jonathan Kirtz
96 pages, perfect bound
MSRP: $19.95
GRR1030
ISBN: 1-932442-40-5

Temple Quarter: A City Quarters Sourcebook explores the temples, shrines, and religious orders that might appear in any urban fantasy setting, including the forbidden rites of secret orders. Every aspect of the setting is created with the larger city of Liberty in mind, but designed so that GMs can pick and choose which elements to include in their own campaigns.

Temple Quarter includes:

Sixteen maps by award-winning cartographer Christopher West
Forty complete NPC stat blocks, from high priests to temple lay clergy
New rules for rites, ceremonies, and religious conversion
Plots, plot hooks, and conspiracies linking it all together

Temple Quarter is the second volume of JD Wiker's City Quarters series, which began with the highly acclaimed Thieves' Quarter (winner of the 2004 ENnie Award Best Setting Supplement (silver) and Best Cartography (gold)).

This is probably a better question for Mike Mearls, but I wonder how well the Freeport trilogy would work with Iron Lore. Conceptually, it sounds like a pretty solid match.

(Of course, I only skimmed one of the original Freeport modules; then a friend said he was thinking of running them, so I stopped. But he never has...)
