Green Ronin: Delay in Freeport Trilogy?

msd

First Post
If Mr. Pramas or someone else in the know on this can respond, that would be awesome.

I called my FLGS yesterday looking to see when they would get in the 5th anniversary edition of the trilogy. The individual with whom I spoke claimed that there was some manner of printing/distribution problem and that a new shipping date had not been set.

This clearly does not seem to jibe with what GR is saying on their own website, i.e. that the product is currently available.

Obviously, I can buy it online, but I would like to support the FLGS if at all possible. Are they just totally off the beaten track on this one (wouldn't be the first time).

Thanks to all who can help resolve this.

Normally I'd tell you that these rumors of delays aren't true, but this time your FLGS didn't steer you wrong. :) Freeport's been in the warehouse for a little while but we held onto it to combine the shipment with another book (Murder at the Vulgar Unicorn). They started shipping to distribution yesterday and both books have a release date of September 21st.

Mmm... murder at the vulgar unicorn...

Well, I got the Freeport Trilogy @ GenCon, and it is a nice recompilation and remake of the original three classics.

Kudos GR, on another awesome release.
