Religious gamers have actually been pretty good about this, even when it was explained we were striving for a neutral rather than a pro-religious approach. Whether it'll remain that way after they get a chance to see the book remains to be seen, but the only objection I've heard was from someone who was conviniced that we were promoting pro-Christian propaganda.
