Greyhawk Collector's Guide

I apologise for taking nearly six years to answer this question!
... Having recently taken another look at the book, I agree with you that that's a tenuous link. I can't see anything concrete in the book that places it in Greyhawk, beyond the fact that it was based on The Ghost Tower of Inverness.
Wow!! Holy Toledo!! Thank you so much, though!! As the adage says, "better late than never!"
I can't even begin to tell you how long I have stared at that little novel on my shelf thinking I'd missed something in going through it, and yet could never bring myself to scouring word for word through the entire work. I'd read it through, years ago when I bought it on eBay ... but, TBH, it was kind of a speed-read.
Whether it was then or now, it's good to have someone else confirm that I'm not bonkers! LOLOL 😅 ;)

If it is any consolation, I also spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out how it ended up on the list, including speed-reading through it more than once. It was only when I happened to be checking something unrelated on Demian's site that I noticed The Ghost Tower was flagged as a Greyhawk product there. I'm now fairly sure that was why it ended up on the list fifteen years ago.
