Greyhawk - Red Hand of Doom?

What's the best place to set it? I'm still staring hard at the map between Sterich, Bissel, Keoland, Veluna, and I'm just not feeling it.

Anybody else run it in Greyhawk and find a good region to set it in?

WWEMD (What Would Erik Mona Do)? :p

The Pomarj is always a handy setting for violence!

How about the Abbor Alz? Or the Howling Hills?

The RPGA's Living Greyhawk campaign has an adapted version of RHoD allowed for campaign play.

They placed the adventure in the southwestern end of Sterich, near the head of the Davish River where the Joten Mountains and the Crystalmist Mountains meet.

Best. Greyhawk quote. Evar!

Hmm, maybe I can have Ulek's (that one on the bottom...whatever it is) eastern half reclaimed, albeit shakily and have the Red Hand stir up from that little branch of the Lortmils that divide that duchy/county/principality/Ulek/thing in half.

Never a bad choice. I've got a party chasing Erac's Cousin around the Pomarj (well, actually they're just delving in his underground durance) - again, it's a great place to adventure.
