Grim Tales: need D20 Modern?

For flavor reasons I tend to talk about cash values alot, and I use alot of on-the-fly conversions, so I made an index card with the Modern Price DCs copied out onto it from 2-50. So I can say: "That cloak will cost 20 silver." or "That handgun is 350$" and I'll be able to see what DC we're rolling against.

This also helps when I want to hand out a cash-value award, so we can see what the sale value is and how it'll affect their Wealth scores. My favorite index card, ever. I just leave it on the game table, anymore, as I use it when I'm prepping and everything else.

Hey Heap, any chance of a scan or a typed up version of that card?

Because I really aught to be working on two 20-25 page seminar papers I decided, instead, to take 45 minutes to do up my index cards as Word documents.

These are Word2003 documents with a custom paper size (6x4 for some 6x4 index cards in landscape). I've printed myself out a copy already to make sure they work as they should, set your printer settings to manual feed and feed them through. First page is the DC table, second page is "losing/gaining wealth" through purchases and sales.

I don't think any of this is copyright data, as Wulf included some purchase DCs in Grim Tales and the Wealth rules are OGC from the Modern SRD. I extrapolated the data out to DC 52 because I had a few more cells. :)

I made a cash-to-Wealth excel sheet quite a while back-- if you have Search capability here on ENworld, do a subject line search for "wealth" and a user search for "Wulf Ratbane" and you can probably find it.

Probably not real difficult to replicate, either-- although an index card is probably easier.
