[GSL] Who's In, Who's Out?

First Post
Now that the GSL has been out for almost exactly 3 months, I would just like to know which publishers are on board and who's not. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to ask this but curious minds would like to know. ;)

8. Tricky Owlbear Publishing
9. Misfit Studios

EDIT: I've added the publishers from the Wizards' Partnership page and also from the 4th 3PP publishers from the ENWorld wiki with products that expressly had (Using GSL) to determine if they have signed in or not.

If I've missed or added your company into the list by mistake, please let me know either via PM, e-mail (questinggm@gmail.com) or my blog (see sig) and I'll remove or add them ASAP.

If your company would like to express that they will not sign the GSL then let me know too so I can add you to the list below.

I have removed Misfit Studios from the list, apparently I misread on this thread that they didn't intend to sign on the GSL. From Scott's response that they haven't sent in an SOA seems to confirm that. I'm leaving the Kraken Eye (EDIT: confirmed in by Scott Rouse) and Post Mortem on at the moment until it has been confirmed that they did not send in a SOA under a different name.

The potential sales of 4e products simply isn't there at this time. I've talked to my customers, local stores, and even some of the distribution reps -- sales are simply stagnant for 4e.

Unfortunately, The new GSL and SRD still isn't very good, and so it would put an undue burden on development for the 4e system.

At this time, The Le Games is out.

Final Redoubt has been in from the get go, but the new GSL allows us to release stuff in our Echoes of Heaven line without first finding a way to do with without betraying our 3.x players.
