Anybody unlocked any planes besides the Dodo, Lear Jet (Shamal, I think they call it), Renegade (or whatever the little helicopter is), and Cropduster?
I've spent a good amount of time flying the Lear to get enough pilot skill to get a pilot license, but the majority of the planes still sit locked on the runway. I'm in San Fierro now, if that matters.

I couldn't figure out how to get on the tarmac in Los Santos - not that I tried all that hard. I'm in San Fierro now, just got the garage property.
I enjoyed driving my bike off the cliff on Whetstone, and then parachuting the rest of the way down.

I don't know if I just got better (as a player) or if CJ's skill improved, but the Hydra (i.e. Harrier jet) is a lot of fun to fly around and blast the crap out of cities in. It unlocks at the abandoned airstrip after you complete the last mission for James Woods.
