copy of the conceptual rendering that the figure was based off of, and a
dozen copies of the figure. Additionally, the exclusive figure will be
introduced in Reaper's 2004 Dark Heaven miniatures line! Your character will

I couldn't figure out why on earth would the Grim Reaper Brings Your Character to Life...


anyway, I always wondered... when running this sort of contest meant to get consumer ideas for new products for a company, why do they always stop at only one grand prize? Always seemed to me that they could do a dozen such prizes and profit even further from the contest in the long run.

Not much of a Reaper fan, sorry. Sandra Garrity's figs have always looked dumpy, to me.

And shouldn't this be in the General or Minis forums, instead?

I'm not doubting the promotion is for real. I'm just frustrated because I want more information, was referred to other websites for more information, and when I checked the information wasn't there.

Too many companies jump the gun on their announcements that way. They tease us, then when we go looking for more information, it's not where they say it is. Very frustrating.

By the time December rolls around, I very likely will have forgotten all about this promotion.

The reason I am mentioning this early is so that you can inform your retailer that you definately want a copy of the Dec issue. The will probably be a fairly high demand on this issue, and unless you tell your retailer in advance that you want a copy he won't know to save you one.

I will be posting a reminder next week when the magazine comes out.
