~ Jaeger pulled out a cigarette, tapping it gently on the back of the box to pack it in a bit before lighting it up, understandably a bit miffed at being stopped by a simple door guard. Leaning against the outside of the car, the Elf took in Pacific Towers, eyebrows lowering.
" I can be threatening if I need," he chuckled at Juno's assessment, " But Castle is right: Knight Errant is crawling all over this place, the security would only be worse on Miss Starlet's level."
He paused to draw in on the nicotine again, not entirely pleased with his performance. Ah well: sometimes you got the bear, sometimes the parabear viciously ripped apart your entire team.
" The question is, how do we find out when she's out and about? I imagine she'd have quite the escort even if she left the penthouse," Jaeger mused.
He gave a nod over the Troll and Ork, tilting his head inquisitively.

Master-Blaster pips up over the comlink "Euphoria's first public appearance on Monday is at an event at the New King Doom in SODO at 9am. Figure that with normal traffic patters from here to there about 30 minutes and if she needs to do any set up, they would have to leave here no later then 8am Monday. Now it could be earlier, but given her reputation I doubt it would before 6am."

Beowulf shrugged, smoking his cigarette. He hadn't learned too much, but without throwing some muscle around, it had been unlikely he would anyway,
"A bit. The subject's apartment is only lightly warded, wouldn't stop me from entering, but would alert the caster. Most of the building is like that, or even lighter. Interesting deviation, however, is top floor penthouse. Lotta mojo went into that ward, and I don't recognize the signature, but from my barest scanning I felt fire. Whoever is up there is either a powerful hermetic in their own right, or has the scrip to pay for one. My guess is an out of towner, anyone that powerful in Seattle I'm sure I'd recognize."
Beowulf knew that may have sounded arrogant, but it was plain truth.
"Alright. We're going to need to set up a stakeout, and an ambush," Juno opines. "Master, how about you get us a detailed map of the most direct route between here and New King Doom, and we'll work out where to make our move from. Then we'll need to set up eyes on the building. I'm thinking maybe drones and..." she nods at Beowulf, "...that magic spy thing you do, so we don't have people in suspicious vehicles always hanging around out front."

A tiny icon of a burly shirtless man wearing a full metal helmet and what appears to be an dwarf riding on his back appears in your AR visor and bows to Juno. He then adds "I can get a number of possibles, and I will also try and hatch her car's AI as I am sure they have the route already planned out. Might want to wait until Monday morning before I do that just in case they have a Decker check out to see if anyone had been snooping on their system..."

Tharg frowns, having a greater dislike of the job all of a sudden, "Looks like it's going to be impossible to snatch her up around here, and her security is likely to be solid at her event too. I suppose your idea of an ambush is our best hope of making this happen."
Master-Blaster pipes up saying "The only security just outside the towers appears to be that doorman with a concealed gun. I assume that when Ethiopia is leaving she will have her guards. The driver might also be a armed. And of course this neighborhood is a fairly high security rating so Lone Star will be quick to react to any trouble. At SODO security is going to be very tight and I would think we would have almost zero chance of escaping with her unnoticed."

Juno chuckled. "Yeah, we're not chasing them down. We're going to have to stop them. If we had a sniper with a good anti-materiel rifle we could take out the main gearbox or power plant. If the car's electric, we can maybe use an EMP device to interrupt its power. I'm thinking either a placed device or a drone with a grenade or something that we can position in the road close enough to affect the car as it goes by."

Master-Blaster's ICON nods in thought. "Hmm yea I bet I could hatch the car and even turn it off. They will probably be running on stealth mod, unless they are idiots, so I might need to be really close. Say within 50 meters or so. If the driver is a rigger he would probably had a dedicated system with a tough firewall that I would need to break into and that could take some time. There are only a couple places on the traffic grid where I might be able to hatch the lights and stop them for a moment, but the Metroplex has really invested heavily in protecting the traffic grip after those deckers crashed it ten years ago. It is certainly a thought. If you want to do the drone or EMP bomb we will need to invest in those as I don't have access to either on hand"
