I created an account to post there and never received any mail. I could log and change the email address so I did that and got a mail after two tries, getting a confirmation mail. Apparently it was only a mail change confirmation mail, so I never got the ability to post.
I just created another account, this time it worked fine so I can post.
The unusable account is 勝20100, it can be deleted.
