Hag Covey - Dismissing a Spell

Hello everyone,

If a Hag Covey conjure a veil spell together, what happens when one of them wishes to dismiss it to reveal their true form? Does it require all three to dismiss it (as a standard action) or is a single hag able to dismiss the spell?

Since the abilities have very specific and unusual requirements to be used (use a full-round action, require all three hags to be within 10 ft of one another and all participate), I'd use the same for dismissing the spell.
