Half-elf dilettante power

Paladin (charisma build) - Eyebite, it's nice to toss paladin's challenge on an enemy, and then turn invisible to them.

Rogue (charisma build) - Eyebite. Follow it up with an action point, or beg the warlord for an extra attack.

Wouldn't these suffer because dilettante doesn't grant the ability to use an appropriate implement?

I personally like Thunderwave and Sacred Flame.

Thunderwave seems to me to be a horrible choice: you need a good Int to hit, and a good Wis for it to do well enough to be worthwhile. The other classes that will have a good Int will have a bad Wis, and the Wis classes probably have a bad Int. Doesn't work out very well.

You want to pick the at-wills that you look at and think they might /occassionally/ be really useful, rather than the stand-bys that are nice to use every round.

Yep. And if your prime stat isn't shared with another class, the pickins are slim.

So I second the pick of "Hit and Run" so my warlock can get out of melee without an OA.
