Half-Elf Drow?

here's what I came up with a while ago when I was thinking of the D series modules ... (think of the slum areas in the Vault)

Drow CrossBreeds:

 Drow-Elf crossbreeds [drow dominant] use drow ability modifiers and gain drow special abilities. They do not gain SR or spell-like abilities [female +1 ECL, male +0].

 Elf-Drow crossbreeds [Elf dominant] use the Elf’s special abilities but have darkvision instead of low-light vision.

 Drow-Human [Half-Elf] are as normal Half-Elf’s, but they have darkvision instead of low-light vision.

Oh, yes. Especially if he's a sharran alienist who has multiple personalities and hinophobia (fear of halflings) and has almost killed the whole party a week ago and has just killed almost the whole party.

Oh, and halflings. Noone likes them. Annoying little brats. I like the Midnight world for what the Shadow has done to halflings! ;)
