Half-Elves and Half-Orcs built as Hybrid Races?

I can't imagine a half-orc being naturally charismatic.

That's lazy. Each common D&D mixedbreed race has their own flavor.

I doubt it's make in into core as it will be way too complicated to made in a way that is not broken, nonsensical, nor boring. Or we'd get kobold-orcs.

I suspect that if various WotC designers can make Savage Species, and all the 3e templates, then Monte Cook and Company can make satifying Half-Breed rules.
