Half-Elves: Triple Class?

Can half-elves use the multiclass feats in addition to their Dilettante racial trait?

Yep but they are still only 'dual' classed. For example a 1/2 elf ranger picks a wiz at will as an enc power he cannot then do any of the other things that some one with the 'multiclass' wizard feat can (paragon path etc). However he can choose to take one 'multiclass' feat be it wiz or any other (apart from ranger) class.
