Pathfinder 1E Half-Orc pass as Orc?

Is there any Feat, Trait, Alternate racial feature, anything, that allows a Half-Orc to qualify as a full blooded Orc for a requirement?

I'm considering a Witch build with the Scarred Witch Doctor archtype and would rather play a Half-Orc than full Orc.

You don't need a feat. As a half-orc, you have both the human and orc subtype and so you qualify for the scarred with doctor.

I am pretty sure a half-orc can do everything that humans and orcs can do, unless it would say "not available to half-orcs".
But normally, they are both humans and orcs.

They are correct.

Half-orcs qualify for anything that requires you to be an orc.
