Warlords of the Accordlands has the Halfbreed race.
Basically, you select your two progenitor species and you acquire two racial abilities on your parental choices.
Here's the write-up.
Base Halfbreed Racial Traits
Parental Blood Abilities (Select any two)
The Parental Blood Abilities listed above are from the only races in the Accordlands native to the setting. There are also other races, but unlike those found in standard D20 fantasy gaming. It shouldn't be too hard to work from the other races in the PHB and extrapolate from the abilities above into what the other Parental Blood Abilities should be.
I hope this helps, I did spend the better part of a half hour retyping the info.

Base Halfbreed Racial Traits
- Halfbreeds do not receive ability bonuses or penalties
- Halfbreeds are of the same size category of the smaller of their parents, and receive bonuses or penalties as such.
- Automatic and bonus languages: As per both parents.
- Disguise: Halfbreeds have a +4 racial bonus to bluff and disguise checks to pass themselves off as an unusual member of either of their parents' races.
- Vision Qualities: Halfbreeds have lowlight vision, save those fortunate few whose parents both posessed darkvision. These individuals have darkvision as well, with the same range as the parent with the shorter range.
Parental Blood Abilities (Select any two)
- Dwarven Blood: Halfbreeds with a Dwarven parent inherit the dwarven resistance to toxins. Dwarven halfbreeds have a +6 racial bonus to resist intital damage from any poison gas, though secondary damage (if any)has the normal affects.
- Elven Blood: Halfbreeds with an elven parent have a +2 racial bonus on lListen, Search & Spot checks.
- Human Blood: Like the parent race, "half-men" are quite resourceful, though out of necessity rather than desire. Halfbreeds with a human parent gain +2 skill points during character creation, and gain an additional skill point at every odd character level.
