Wednesday -
GENCON - the lines formed early and I felt for those to register on-site for a badge. The lines started to form around 1 but the booths did not open to 5 and the lines was long. Will Call opened at 2 and I quickly got my badge, then moved on to the gift shop (also opened at 2), the item of choice this year seemed to be the blue messager bag.

ENnies booth/table was un-manned, was hoping to see at least someone about. I do think I saw BK in the distance and maybe the gelflings but not too sure.

Went to the GENCON Forum stink around 7 and meet a few people from those boards, got swag bags too.

Dinner was at the Ram, the place to be! Saw Peter A. and will not say what he was doing with that burger that had a stake through it. Yes, Peter, that was I in the booth accoss from you.

Well, starting over as the Dealer Room is about to open...

I was around, I walked by the Ennie booth a few times myself. I couldnt find the area for the Gencon Stink, I wanted to go.

Also had Dinner at the Ramm, was in the gaming room. Had the ribs...oh my god the ribs....we also split the fried pickles (very good but not a meal breaker), the tower of onion rings, and more.

All over a game of Star Munchkin.

This one has been busy, couple of hours in the dealer room saw me picking up World's Largest Dungeon (coupon in GENCON bag gets you a free t-shirt), Iron Kingdom's Campaign setting, NBOS AstroSynthesis and some amines.

Will be looking for more later. One item that has caught me eye is Animation Master www.hash.com - high priced item but amazing.

Saw a number of board members at the ENNies booth, BK, Buttercup, Tifon Billy, Psion, Hellhound and more.

One issue - semiars are all over the place, doing some walking! They are in different hotels, Crown Plaza, Westin, etc.

Well, getting some rest befor heading to the Embassy for my World Creation workshop.

I rolled into town around 7pm, and was blown away by the line to get into the Epic Level party that WotC is putting on at the Crowne. My brother & I went and had dinner at Houlihan's (you hear very interesting dinner table conversations around GenCon that you wouldn't hear anywhere else!), then went back around 9:15pm to get the last of the freebie goodies. If my knee felt better, I would have stayed to dance, but I'll save it for another day. Looks like it was a lot of fun.

I'll try to take photos tomorrow & post a new thread with some small ones.

Eric, Morrus...I wish you guys were here, the party was okay, but the free stuff was GREAT!!!!

Now, the bad news, I need to get a extra memory stick for my camera...for the big stuff this weekend coming, if I can't...WAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!, pray for me, people.

And oh, almost forgot, Mr. Tim Hitchcock aka LronKniev, is my partner in crime on this trip...mercy, he is overwhelmed at the sheer grandeur of it all, me...no drool...just gazing carefully....yeah right....AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
