Damn...gettin' old(er) !

43 today (at least for another 40 minutes)...I celebrated by running 9 miles, helping my wife's family finish up some odds and ends from the death of her father last Saturday and forgetting to eat most of the day.

On the bright side, I am finishing my day packing for an 8-Day trip to Italy that starts tomorrow (9/16). I plan to see the sights...drink the wine...eat the food...and get laid (by the wife).

See everyone on or about 9/26, as I am completely unplugging for the first time in years...
