One of my fellow players last night gave me a card (she's really good about that kind of thing). While my wife seemingly forgot to take our daughter to the store to pick out a card for me (like I did for her on Mom's Day).

Had a good day though, hanging out with the kid and the wife.

No, the greeting card companies try to smooth out their revenue by spreading around their contrived holidays. I had a nice Father's Day, the kids were really good most of the day, even when we went out to dinner where service was slow.

A much nicer day than my most recent birthday where all I got was the Norwalk virus.
