Is the Sleeping Imperium material available anyplace at the moment?

I would highly recommend Ken Hood's system if you are looking for martial art styles.

I knew if I kept asking, you'd eventually describe what you really wanted. I don't own it but doesn't Mongoose's Quint Fighter do something like this with weapon styles? Or was it Path of Swords? I know someone has done something like this with weaponry.
