Has anyone sold their 3e books yet?

My local library is run by a night hag. This being the case she is upset about the rap she has gotten from DnD and will not allow those books in the library.

My local library has quite a few 1e books in it, including the PHB, the MM, MM2, FF, DMG and Dungeoneer's Survival Guide.

back in my day they would burn those books at the Public Library.

I am an old one as well and I do not think my library will refuse them....if they do Hal will get them, oh yes I will!!!

i wasn't there. but a friend borrowed my Rogues Gallery. his parents tossed it on the fire in the parking lot of our Public Library.

the rest of his church "checked out" the D&D books from the Library and torched them too.

it was a sad day.

Coincidentally, I just shipped mine off today, along with the bulk of my RPG collection. I'm still not sure if I'll buy 3.5, though.

Has anyone else done this yet? I wanted to get rid of them before 3.5 came out, I figured they would sell for more now rather than after.

No chance. By sounds of it so far 3.5 is not going to be my cup o' tea. I shall be sticking with 3rd in my TT games.

If any group did this with library books at my library, we'd have them arrested for destroying public property. I've had multiple copies of all the 3e books on the shelf ever since they came out, and they circulate like hotcakes. Not a single complaint, either.

Sell a gaming book? What a foreign concept. I collect RPG's. The thought of selling them off never occured to me...
