D&D 5E Has chapters indigo started shipping the Monster Manual yet?

I've been wondering that too. This is about the time frame that the PHB started shipping, so I've been hoping. Maybe they got yelled at for shipping for the preferred store date on the PHB?

Yeah. Been hoping to get that email from them saying it's shipped, but no joy so far. Wotc may have corrected that little mix-up.

Not relevant at all to the OP, but in case anyone else in the UK has pre-ordered from Leisure Games, they reported to me that the books are due in the door on Friday. If their shipping is as on-the-ball as it was for the PHB, that means it should drop through my letter-box next Monday!

Indigo shipped the Starter Set so early that those that pre-ordered it got it even before the pre-release. The PH was available in the store just before pre-release and pre-orders got their book just after the pre-release.

Personally, I'm not in as big of a hurry for the MM or DMG as I was the PH, so as long as it comes soonish, I'll be happy.

Yeah, the PHB was obviously a lot more critical. I can wait the 11 days if I have to .

I've got my Monsters Manuals today.

Hey, at least us Canadian retailers finally aren't getting screwed over by Chapters this time around.
No offense to you guys, but this IS how the system is supposed to work. We jump through WotC's hoops like a trained monkey to get the stuff first, and the last two times...

Yeah that's fair. But I live in small town with out a LGS. The closest place that I could buy the Monster Manuel from is 3 hours away. I was hoping I would be able to get the Monster Manuel at least near the release date.
