Pathfinder 1E Has it been done before, multiple casters joining together to cast a spell

First Post
I have two items on DriveThruRPG and playing with an idea for my third involving spells that allow casters to join together to cast a single spell (mechanics would involve concentration checks and the spell effect would cascade based on the number of casters joined together).
I haven't put too much effort into this project yet but my googling so far hasn't resulted in any pre-existing products that offer this kind of mechanic that I can find. Most results end up discussing multi-classed spell casters and I found the communal spells from Ultimate Combat but the mechanic is not the same thing.
Does anyone know of ANY pathfinder product that references something akin to this idea (either Paizo product or 3rd party that is current)? 3.5 had a feat but I really don't want a mechanic that relies on every caster having to burn a feat just to pull this off, I am thinking more of specialized spells along with a mechanic to handle it somewhat efficiently (don't want anything overly complicated either).

Hathran Circle Magic and Red Wizard Circle Magic.

Here's a quick recap of how Circle of Magic works:
-A leader stands in the middle.
-Anywhere from 2 to 9 helpers stand around him.
-Each helper can sacrifice any one spell, and the total levels of all spells sacrificed are pooled together.
-The leader can use the pooled spells levels to increase his caster level (level 40 max), add Empower Spell or other feats to his own spells, even when he doesn't have those feats himself.

See this thread.

Thanks for the info but I am really looking for Pathfinder specific. I am guessing it hasn't been done before which works for me because my next project will be something different.
My latest offering was just approved on the drivethrurpg site yesterday so now I can start working on this idea.
Spell Works Compendium II Jester, love the Pug, got one myself.

While this isn't Pathfinder specific, it was d20 and, hence, OGL:

Wheel of Time RPG. From what I remember, it's magic mechanics were fairly faithful to the novels and, obviously, weaving different spellcasters' spells together was a major component. You ought to be able to add the mechanics into any d20 game with only minor adjustments.

The Wheel of Time RPG had no OGL. d20 ruleset does not always mean it's OGL. Not that that would matter for the OP's personal campaign... he just could not include it in any other product without permission.

Not a problem, though I have a copy of the rule set for Wheel of Time around here somewhere so I can see how they did it. Just wanted to check to see if anyone heard of this kind of mechanic specifically for Pathfinder as that is the audience I am going for. My stuff will work with 3.5 rules but I would rather look forward rather than back.

Well, to tell you the truth, I hadn't actually seen that book in over a decade. (But I could have sworn that the OGL specifically required that a publication using it also add to it. And that anyone using the d20 logo and brand had to use the OGL. But then again, maybe WOTC didn't play by those rules with its own publications.)
