Pathfinder 1E Haste + Ninja Ki extra attack?

As the title suggests, can a Ninja swift action activate an extra attack in a full attack action while Hasted to gain 2 extra attacks?

My guess would be no. The extra attacks like this usually do not stack in Pathfinder.
