I want to access support to create a ticket about my account. Their recent account bug ruined my account, and now when I try to sign up again as support suggests, it says "Account creation failed". But I need an account to create a ticket. It fails on EVERY account I try to make. WHAT THE F---?
If anyone here got email from them, will you please disclose it so the rest of us can get help like a normal human being through email and not this over-integrated rubbish they've come up with?
