OK, I'll bite. How do you have an electronic version of this already?
Bought it online.
If your really miffed that i got my copy early and have objections to my posting cool stuff early please feel free to e-mail me.

@the follow up replies
How is it that i bought it when it's not supposed to be available yet? I'm not telling, if others know how i did it, i would suggest keeping that to yourself as well.

@rasier
I'm neither confirming nor deniying that i got it at DTRPG.

@Nightfall
While i'm not saying that i got it at DTRPG, i find it definately uncool to point a finger at DTRPG in such a public place. Especially if you don't know for sure how i acquired the electronic version.

@DMH
Unless your definition of 'hacking' is radically different from mine, please stop accusing anyone of hacking or buying stolen goods, i won't release the lawyer dogs (sorry Orcus ;-) on principle, but you'll definately get the uncool label if you make very bad assumtions and post them in a public forum.

Hmmm... Don't know if I like the whole taking a feat a second time thing. It's an interesting idea though. I'll have to wait until I see the book and see where else it occurs. According to the interview with PC, it happens at least with Cleave as well.

How about the improved Weapon Focus and improved Weapon Specialization? I ask because since Monte had access to 3.5 material ahead of time and didn't include them, if they're just not appropriate or it was an oversight.
*shrugs*
By the time you can take the feat a second time you'll be mid level, and wielding two weapons without penalties will have cost you three feats (the extra attack is just icing on the cake imho).

Weapon Focus [General]
You are skilled with a particular type of weapon.
Prerequisites: Proficiency with weapon, base attack bonus +1
Benefit: The character adds a +1 bonus to all attack rolls she makes using the selected weapon.
Special: A character can choose “unarmed strike,” “bite,” or “grapple” as a weapon for the purposes of this feat. She also can choose “ray,” which makes her good at hitting targets with ray spells.
A character can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time she takes the feat, it applies to a new weapon.
Improved: Characters with a base attack bonus of +15 or higher can take this feat again and apply it to a weapon already chosen. They gain another +2 bonus to attack rolls with the
weapon.

Weapon Specialization [Ceremonial]
After a ceremony involving you and six warriors, you can choose one type of weapon. You become especially good at inflicting damage with this weapon.
Prerequisites: Weapon Focus, base attack bonus +4, truename
Benefit: The character adds a +2 bonus to all damage inflicted with the weapon she has specialized in. If it is a ranged weapon, the target must be within 30 feet.
Special: A character can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time the character takes the feat, it applies to a new weapon.
Improved: Characters with a base attack bonus of +20 or higher can take this feat again and apply it to a weapon already chosen. They gain another +4 bonus to damage rolls with the
weapon.
btw. i'll to try to limit my rules quotes...

Is it just me or does the OGC declaration (post # 15) contradict itself on the status of the magic items in chapter 8?
Not really, the OGL (and the FAQ) says that once designated as OGC content can't become un-OGC-ed, except if the source document declares it PI, the PI takes precedence (short version).

What confuses you is:
In Chapters Six, Seven, and Eight, all the material that also appears in the System Reference Document is open, and all other material is not.
While it also says:
the magic items and artifacts in Chapter Eight in their entirety
If the first quote said that all other material is PI, it wouldn't be OGC, but the first quote doesn't specify what it is, the second quote take precedence.

This is how i interpreted it, i'm pretty confident that if you research a bit you'll see that i'm right...

Hey, it's no big deal if you got if from Drivethru early. If they made a mistake in your favor, good for you. Though, Drivethru is the only place that you can legaly buy a copy of the PDF. If you got it from anywhere else, then you are dealing in stolen goods. Please, note that I am not saying you did get it illegaly. There are many people on the boards that take copyright laws seriously. So you should not be surpirsed by some of the accusing post. Especialy when you come across as being very cloak & dagger about the whole thing.

Can you tell me about the Knight of the Axe prestige class?
Sorry, missed you the first time...

Five class levels, fighter progression for BAB and saves.
1st lvl you get Heroes Are Made (the Heroes are Born feat)
2nd lvl you get sense trouble, and Strike of Justice (1/day) (choose from eight options when you use this feat, very cool).
3rd lvl you get Hide from the law
4th lvl you get Hero of the people, and strike of justice (3/day)
5th lvl you get Luck of heroes, and mighty strike of justice

Your essentially an anti giant (established empire) warrior.

So if your face looks 'criminal' then you won't mind people treating you like a criminal, or your father was in prison so it's in the genes is alright with you too (not that my father was in prison)? If i didn't pay for the product or/and got it through some backroom deal, i certainlty wouldn't be bragging about it right under the publishers nose, now would i?

In short i'm not responding to any other posts that try to accuse or try to justify it....

It is getting harder and harder to find a decent gamestore in this country :(
That's why i went digital. I'm running a webshop that's specialized in D&D3E and D20. I'm currently working on a new site (as the code of the old one is outdated and a hodgepodge of mods), the current site hasn't been updated in a while (and theres a lot of poduct that i have not yet posted on the site).

If people are interested, i just received word that my distributer received a shipment of Arcana Evolved, i could order somee extra. I'll order sunday night, order should be shipped on monday from the distributor to me, tuesday i should receive it and would ship it on wednesday, that should mean that you get it on thursday by post (no guarentees though).

The price of Arcana Evolved is normally €45,00, but i give a standard 20% discount, that would make it €36,00, shipping is €3,60 extra (shipping under rembours is €6,00 extra). This is of course shipping for customers located in the netherlands. you can e-mail me info(aapestaartje)thehelix(punt)nl

end commercial ;-)

"After a ceremony involving you and six warriors, you can choose one type of weapon. You become especially good at inflicting damage with this weapon."

That's poor use of language there.

"After a ceremony involving you and six warriors, you can choose one type of weapon.
You become especially good at inflicting damage with this type of weapon."

Or

"After a ceremony involving you and six warriors, you choose one weapon. You become esepcailly good at inflicting damage with this weapon."

More examples of using one feat for multiple purposes by reselecting it... Have to wait and see how it goes.

Thanks for the details again amigo. I appreciate you taking the time to read and respond.
