Lolth was announced as the cover last year but this is the first time I have seen it. Graz'zt is highly unlikely to get a guernsey as he was in Manual of the Planes, IIRC.

If they do put Asmodeus on a cover, I hope they give him a serious re-imagining (preferably by someone other than Wayne Reynolds). I never liked the 3E portrayal of Asmodeus.I'm still betting on Asmodeus for the cover of Monster Manual 4 and WotC launching a new adventure path based on Devils.
