Nope. Not one bit. Can't be disillusioned by stuff you don't bother reading.

However, if that sort of stuff is what this place is becoming all about, I'm becoming disillusioned with ENWorld.

I have noticed that a lot of my gaming group does not read anything but story hours now. I asked why and they said that they were tired of all the negativity that has cropped up lately. I have to agree with them I used to read enworld everyday but now I am just getting tired of all the "do you hate this class, race prestige class" or "disillushioned threads".

I don't mind talking about the pros and cons of a setting or even why someone likes or dislikes a setting. I do mind it when somebody says a setting isn't "real D&D" or someone's tastse is "immature" or something equally asinine.

See, for me, I'm disillusioned by the disillusion of disillusion threads. I'm also disillusioned by people's disillusion of the non-illusion that they can't start a thread over something they like. Illusioned about 'Chemical X' or whatever.

I just broke my brain.

Disillusion OUT.
