Having two shocking grasps at once

Let's say that I cast shocking grasp. I then cast it again, and now make a touch attack. Would:

1) Both attacks go off, doing 10d6?
2) One attack go off, leaving the other ready to go?
3) One goes off, the other is wasted?

If you cast another spell, the touch spell dissipates. (PHB ch. 8, "Magic Actions: Touch Spells in Combat: Holding the Charge")

As soon as you cast the second chill touch, the first one is gone.

When you have a touch spell active ('holding the charge'), you can't touch anything or cast a spell without discharging the spell you're holding.

What about if theres a 2nd caster that imbues you with a touch spell? Not sure if theres anything like that, but it seems plausible.

There's a spell in Savage Species that lets you hold the charge on multiple touch spells (called Spell Flower).

Also, I have an Improved Hold the Charge feat imc.
