Description
The Hawkdragon is a rare creature that dwells in forests and wooded hills. Named because of its similarity in size and appearance to a hawk, it is capable of highly complicated maneuvers in the air.

Hawkdragons range in color from green to brown. Their scales, not feathers, darken with age.

Combat
Charge (Ex): Hawkdragons often start combat by diving at their opponent. This attack does double bite damage.

Eye Gauge (Ex): On any successful critical, the hawkdragon gauges the eyes of its attacker. A reflex save (16) must be made or the hawkdragon has blinded its opponent.

Spell like ability (Sp): The hawkdragon can cast Stinking cloud as a 4th level sorcerer twice per day. It is immune to the effects of the spell.

Deflect arrows (Ex): Hawkdragons are not limited to using this feat once per round.

Bonus feats: Dragom Hawks get FLy-by attack and HOver for free.

(Edit: Changed Breath wepon to spell to avoid confusion. Added skill points and changed saves.)

First off, is this creature an actual dragon. If so, it should be of the Dragon type. If the name is simply a misnomer, then the creature type you have right now is fine, although hover maybe a dragon-only feat. As for the feats, it looks like you have 3 too many, unless you decide to give this monster a few as bonus feats.

Average hp should be 26 [(5.5+Con Bonus)*#HD]. If you decide to change the creature to a Dragon, HD would change to a d12, so your average hp would be 30 [(6.5+Con Bonus)*#HD].

Saves should be +5/+8/+2, or if you change to a dragon, +5/+8/+5.

Face/Reach should be 5 ft by 5 ft/5 ft.

Fortitude Save DC for the breath weapon should be DC 13. Breath weapons are Supernatural (Su) attacks, even if they mimic a spell.

You have a few more skill points left-over to spend, whether or not you decide to leave it as a magic beast or as a dragon.

Climate/Terrain should read -Climate- Forest. If the hawkdragon lives in woods with any climate type, it should be listed as "Any Forest".

As for alignment, is the creature Often, Usually, or Always Neutral?

Thanks for the help MR. Jim.

I didn't think the little guys was actually a dragon so I left it a magical beast.

I changed the breath weapon to just a straight spell like ability to avoid confusion.

I also changed the saves and added 2 more skill points. Starting skill points should be 2 * int score right?

ANything else?
