OOC: Raven's intention is twofold. She is going to follow him, so ink in the eye may reduce spot checks. Also, with ink on his face, he might be more inclined to keep his hood up to avoid people's attention. This would probably reduce his spot check for seeing that he's followed. For a 1st level PC w/44 skill ranks, Raven can't boast any ranks in intimidate, hide or move silently. :\

OOC: FWIW, Tali does have 2 ranks -- and a small equipment bonus -- in hide and 4 in move silently. And a racial bonus to intimidate.

He holds his head up a little in pride, "And we don't take too kindly to some twisted freaks settin' up shop on our turf. This guy you was talkin' about, I seen him. He ran off that way," he points vaguely down the street, "But no sense in chasin' him, I know where he was goin'." He looks from Anvuss to Shoot and back, "Is it just the two of ya that's after him?"

The cultist sputters and wipes what ink he can off his face, but doesn't say anything to Raven. He tentatively accepts his weapon back, and tucks it under his robe.

OOC: If anyone wants to do anything more with the cultist before he heads out, now is the time.

OOC: Tali is, unless someone has another plan. It sounded like Raven wanted to send something through the mindlink.

[sblock=Outside the eastern gate]Shoot's mind worked slowly, but it usually got to where it needed to go sooner or later. At first he was thrilled that he'd be able to chase the man in armor. He might even find Loris! But the man in the doorway wanted them to go back and get the others. But if he went back to the others without finding someone who was in the Watch, they'd be mad. Well, Raven might be mad. Maybe they could get someone who was in the Watch and take them to the bodies, then come back here? It was so confusing. Maybe Anvuss could help.
