healing a little from unconscious a lot

If Garth the Good is knocked unconscious down to -15, and is healed by Hermia the Healer for 10 hit points, what happens?

a) Does he go to -5 hit points and remain unconscious?

b) Does he go to -5 hit points but become conscious, able to take actions, etc.?

c) Does he go directly to 10 hit points and become conscious?

d) Something else?

Also, I assume that Garth cannot be "knocked unconscious to death" even if the negative hit point value becomes equal to his bloodied value. Am I right?

According to p. 295 of the PHB it's c)

If Garth is damaged to -bloodied he's dead.
But whoever brought him to 0 or below can decide that he wants him alive (but unconscious) as described on p. 295

Thanks, I am still thinking in terms of 3rd ed.

So when it comes to 0 or negative hit points, the number of negative hit points is only relevant if they equal or exceed the character's bloodied score. And if the attacker wants the victim unconscious not dead, then the number of negative hit points are not relevant at all, so long as they are not positive.

So any healing at all will bring one to positive hit points and consciousness.

I think I get it.
