D&D 5E Healing exhaustion - possible?

Hi guys,

we are planning a new adventurer group and I am thinking about to play a Barbarian.
The Berserker looks interesting but I am not sure about the kickback of the Frenzy. Everytime you
frenzy you get one level of exhaustion at the end of your rage. That seems to me a big disadvantage,
because as far as I can see, there is no way of magical cure to exhaustion.

In that case, the only healing of exhaustion is "time". Only a long rest restores 1 level of exhaustion.

Am I missing something (maybe a healing spell) or is this really the only cure to exhaustion?
You don't seem to be missing much, it is just that Frenzy is a Sometimes Ability. It isn't an ability you use every fight, just in desperate times.

Yeah, frenzy is what you pull out when you're up against it and you can't afford to hold anything back. It's the barbarian equivalent of going nova.

It's essentially a martial Daily Power without all the drama of being hard limited to once per day.

For common usage I'd think of it best as an end of the Day-ly power.
