So they need one diplomacy success followed by one intimidate success?
With the DCs that you've set, I'd maybe make it take one diplomacy and then three Intimidate checks or something- this is a 10th level challenge, after all, and otherwise, a pair of lucky rolls could end it too quickly. IMHO, of course.
