No, the comment below from Steve who, I gather, is the owner of the site. I'm not sure who those other people are, but he's only chimed in the once.

"This whole thing is wildly inaccurate. Rounding errors, ballot stuffers, dynamic IPs, firewalls. If you're using these numbers to do anything important, you're insane."

That may be true if you're looking for accurate statistical analyses. But that's not the purpose of the list. The list is there to boost enthusiasm and for advertising purposes. These things may be important without requiring anything even close to accuracy.
 

It's been pointed out to me that these sorts of ranking systems help the less popular sites more than they do the most popular.
