Help: Anti-magic assassin

Thanks for the help everyone, I will take all of this into consideration. And I absolutely can bring this character along in his storyline to actually be aware of magic now, but still hate magic, and even use it to mash mages. This whole thing started when the DM (a good frind of mine) used to play Final Fantasy tactics back in the day and and I used a ninja with a super low faith score. It made magical attacks against him pretty harmless (because his disbelief in it was so strong). Even when I larped with this character, the Story marshals gave me anti magic bonuses because I played it so well. I'll keep checking back to make tweaks if need be.

For a 1 level ranger dip

I would also recommend the Arcane Hunter (CM, p 32) Ranger Variant to gain "arcanists" (arcane spellcasters and invocation users) as a favored enemy.

And as per UA, you might like trading your Ranger combat style features for Fast Movement (as barbarian)

You might also like the the Favored Power Attack (CWar p98) feat to apply to "arcansits" if you are into using Power Attack.

If you end up using Death Attack, try stacking the Raptor School tactical feat (CWar) to get a +6 on your attack roll after the 3 round observation.

Not unless he had some way of mitigating the damage which would result from his face hitting the ground at terminal velocity.

paladin(2)/hexblade(2)/occult slayer(5)/witch slayer(5)/sneak attack fighter(6), ability focus (momentary disjunction)

If you took some rogue instead of the sneak attack fighter, you could work on getting the skills needed to go Void Incarnate at epic level.

You could get the Iorn Will feat via the Otyugh Pit in Complete Scoundrel (pg. 151)

Eh... at Epic levels, the way the game is written makes it so that if you don't cast spells you're basically useless.

Or so I hear.
