I'm going to be running a campaign here soon with some friends and I need help with creating him a character.
The campaign will be for levels 5-10. My friend wants a character that can see nearly everything (magic, darkness, magical darkness, fog, invisibility, etc). He also wants to be able to do things with his eyes as well.
So far the things that I'm thinking about are a half vampire elf with a blind sight blindfold. I couldn't come up with anything for more gaze type attacks so any help would be appreciated.
So any races, templates, grafts, tattoos, magical items, and supernatural abilities would be appreciated.
