I'm trying to make a melee focused character that that uses Elusive Target and/or the Raptor School feat. I'm trying to make a swashbucklery fighter but I can't seem to make him effective. He'll be the main fighter of the group so he needs to be effective.
I think we use a 30 point buy and I'll probably be 8th or 9th level.
Any ideas?
