Mongoose's Sláine has the Grip of Iron feat, which essentially does the same trick as the rest of these.

Yeah, Monkey Grip is wield a 2-Handed weapon in one hand, taking a -2 penalty to attack.

Hmmm... Heavy Huge GreatAxe, Monkey-Gripped, Dualwielded... Drool.

GreatAxe: 1d12 --> Heavy --> 2d8 --> Huge --> 4d6, 20/x3, eight times a round with maxxed TWF feat chain. Not too bad, and looks dang cool.
