Help Finding a Template

I think this is the right forum for this...


So anyways, been trying to find a Template/Creature I saw long ago and not having much luck, the template is for a Soulless Creature(not sure if thats the right name of the actual Template or not), but more or less it's pretty accurate. The creature with the template applied is soulless and from what i remember of the flavor/fluff of it(which isn't a whole lot) is that despite being soulless the creature is still alive just with no soul and stuff seems rather dull to them almost depressing from a normal standpoint of a normal living creature.

Was wondering if anyone ever saw something similar in a book and knows where it's from?

I know there's a Soulless template in the Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary. Beyond that, the description sounds vaguely familiar, but nothing specific comes to mind.

Or maybe it was in Van Ritchen's Guide to the shadow fey, when discoursing on the changelings. (creatures whose soul was separated fromt heir bodies and are linked to the fey)

I'm fairly certain it's not in Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary.
It's not the Creature Collection 3 one.
Not a changeling from Van Richten's Guide to the Shadow Fey.
And it's not a Crust from Mystic Races.

Nice Template but no win unfortunately. What I saw was in a book and not a homebrew
