HELP! Looking for a good Series of DnD modules!

Greetings everyone!

I am in the market for a few Dungeons and Dragon modules to run for a group of 3 gestalt characters. We all play in several heavy role playing PbP games so that is not what we are looking for. I guess I am looking for something more combat based. Know what I mean? I have many of the official WOTC modules already (3.0 and 3.5) including Eberron ones but I was wondering if anyone could recommend something else that they really enjoyed. As for the starting level, I am willing to adjust but I would rather start in the 2-4th level and work our way up. The modules don't even have to be all the same story though that would be nice. So, even if you could recommend a high level module...like the 3.0 Bastion of Souls that would be great.

Thanks in advance!

The Bleeding Edge series by Green Ronin are an excellent series. Each one takes you up 1 level and there are currently 5. They are independent but have suggestions for stringing them together. They are quite dark (the default setting is Freeport) but do a good mixture of combat, intrigue and interaction.

First, this is the wrong forum and you should ask the Mods to move it to General.

Second, Shatteredgates of Slaughterguard is a fun dungeon crawling adventure that is easy to run. Some complaints about its simplicity, but I think you can punch it up with your own embelishments. Our group is running it now and nearly at the end and I am having a lot of fun as a player. It is a good change from our usual RP and intrigue heavy games.

BTW: I have heard lots of positives about the Bleeding Edge games as well, but I have also known people who tried to run them and found them (or at least the 2nd one) confusing and poorly designed especially in terms of how the maps related to the text. Its just something to think about.

There are several options, depending on what you're looking for:

Continuing Story -- I know you said it didn't matter, but if you are looking for continuity without the work:
- Paizo's Adventure Paths - Shackled City (hardcover), Age of Worms (completed, but you'd have to buy a bunch of magazines), Savage Tides (nearing completion -- still in mags). The paths take you from 1st to 20th level.

- Necromancer Games has several short arcs of 2-4 adventures. Rappan Athuk is a straight dungeon crawl type adventure (3 actually), but so much more. And it's as deadly as Tomb of Horrors.

- World's Largest Dungeon -- 1-20th level...in the same dungeon.

Other stuff --

- Goodman Games Dungeon Crawl Classics -- They have 30+ now each in various level ranges. What I like about these is that they've taken the old dungeon crawl, kept what's good about it and dosed it heavily with creativity. These are easily strung together into a continuing story.

- Dungeon Magazine -- Every issue has a low, mid and high level adventure by some of the best freelance designers out there. They have some multi-issue arcs, and their adventure paths, but there are at least two adventures per issue that aren't connected to any others.
