Help me brainstorm for Halloween

I was hoping on going to the state fair with my sister and some friends, as I haven't been in a long while. Well my sis told me that it has become a gang hangout, which is a disappointment. I'll probably dress up as an Ansalon Minotaur this year.
Be careful, I'd avoid a steak house restaurant if I were you, unless you want to scare people for eating your "cousins." :]

Whatever. Actually after contemplating it I've decided on dresiing up as a Gorgotuar. That oughta scare the carp out of people.

Incest is best; grab a cousin and test. :-)

. . .

Thanks for the ideas folks. I definitely want to stick to scary -- it's my schtick.

Mind Flayer would work despite not being recognized, but even without cephalophagy, you'd lose your job if you tracked brackish water through the office and left the lingering scent of cinnamon and onions everwhere you went. Without the special effects, it would lose effectiveness.
I got reports for a week after of places people found blood around the office a couple years ago -- door knobs, elevator buttons, etc.

To get the best effect, I need to work with my body type. I'm not skinny (I'm probably 20# above "skinny"), so something like the mummy wouldn't be good. (Although I have considered the mummy before.)

The Capital One pillagers is a good idea.

Other ideas here are prompting other ideas.

Thanks.
