Help me find a feat

I just spent the better part of an hour digging through books trying to find a feat I remember from a WotC book. It allows you to re-reroll 1's and 2's on sneak attack damage. Can someone post the name and the pre-reqs? I'm beginning to fear I might've read it in a friend's book.

doesn't ring any bell. Do you remember when you might have seen it? Could it be a Goliath Racial feat (from races of stone - prerequisites: auspicious marking)?

I thought I had seen it in the XPH, but it looks like I was wrong about that one. I remember Piratecat mentioning it a while back, but I don't have the ability to search this site, so I can't comb through his non-story hour posts.

Check the Book of Exalted Deeds. I can't remember if it's a feat or a Prc ability.

It's in the XPH (Expanded Psionics Handbook).

DEADLY PRECISION [GENERAL]
You empty your mind of all distracting emotion, becoming an instrument of deadly precision.
Prerequisite: Dex 15, base attack bonus +5.
Benefit: You have deadly accuracy with your sneak attacks. You can reroll any result of 1 on your sneak attack’s extra damage dice. You must keep the result of the reroll, even if it is another 1.

The XPH seemed to be chock full of stuff that was basically "things that have nothing to do with psionics but that the author thought should be in the core rules".

I especially like the feat that gives 5 skill points.
