The XPH seemed to be chock full of stuff that was basically "things that have nothing to do with psionics but that the author thought should be in the core rules".

I especially like the feat that gives 5 skill points.

Even if I don't use the XPH IMC, there are nine general feats in that book. Some o'em very interesting:

CLOAK DANCE [GENERAL] to obscure your position
DEADLY PRECISION [GENERAL] to reroll 1's on sneak attacks
GREATER MANYSHOT [GENERAL] to direct your Manyshot projectiles to different targets
MIND OVER BODY [GENERAL] to heal ability damage faster
OPEN MINDED [GENERAL] to get 5 skill points
RAPID METABOLISM [GENERAL] to heal more hit points/day
RECKLESS OFFENSE [GENERAL] to improve your hit chance charging
SIDESTEP CHARGE [GENERAL] to improve your AC vs. charges and to get an AoO if charge misses
STAND STILL [GENERAL] to stop tumbling foes in their tracks
