Here are a few from the Spell Compendium:
3: Antidragon Aura (luck bonuses vs. dragons to party), Resist Energy, Mass
4: Assay Spell Resistance (+10 vs. 1 creature), Hypothermia (cold damage- I take it you are going after a red dragon?)
5: Aura of Evasion (evasion vs. breath weapons), Righteous Wrath of the Faithful (attack/damage bonuses to party)
If someone in your party uses a wooden weapon you can do the Brambles / Thorns combo.
Remember that Wind Wall only works on gaseous breath weapons.
I think it's generally best to plan to cast your spells on the party rather than the dragon. They tend to have high SR so it's easy to waste both your spell and your action. Also, strengthening the party for a major battle is one of the cleric's strong points. If you must cast spells at the dragon, use Assay Resistance first, then you will have a decent chance.
If you do not already have a bead of karma, try your best to get one. It would bring your Resist Energy up to 20.
