Help me name my overgod

Drew

My homebrew world's cosmology includes a now dead creator deity. He/It passed his own lifeforce into the world, giving life to all things. I have been refering to him as "The Creator," but that's getting tiresome. I need help coming up with a name!

I'd prefer the name to sound exotic: like a word in an old language that means "creator." Other than that, I don't have any real specifics in mind. As long as its cool and keeps to a fairly typical D&D flavor. Help is appreciated.

Oh come on. Everyone knows that the overgods are named Ao, Eo, Io, Oo, Uo, and, sometimes, Yo. :D

Seriously, I can only offer the Serbian word for creator: stvaralac.

Try.. Daoz..

Or simply.. the Creator... if he's dead.. and not worshipped.. then his name doesn't matter.. don't bow down to the conformity of names.. don't let them rule that way for you..

She/He/It/Thing/Deity could simply be referred to as..

The One.

Fluffy?

Or how about the "Demiurge"? That's what my religion uses to call the god that created to the world, as opposed to "God". And we swiped it from Plato.

Other names: Yalda Baoth, Samael (which means "Blind God"), Sakla
