Help me price a touch attack weapon

OK, so I have a weapon that is basically a light saber. It does 2d6 fire per attack and requires a touch attack, but does not include strength bonuses. How much would this sword cost?

What about a bow that was effectively a laser pistol? Does 2d6 fire per attack, requires only a ranged touch, and does not add strength bonuses like a mighty bow.

My best guess is count the fire damage as +1 (turn the regular damage into fire and +1 for the flaming property), +4 for brilliant energy, +2 for being quite a bit better than brilliant energy (affects undead, ignores natural armor). So that makes it a +7 weapon property.

+3 at most, since it is fire damage it is affected by fire resistance (which a lot of things have), if you said pure force that'd bump it to +4 or so, but it's not an epic weapon ability by any stretch. It's really similar to the flame blade spell, touch attack, fire damage 1d8+1/2 caster levels (i think). Which is better than 2d6 usually anyways. Just get a use-activated sword hilt that springs out as a flame blade at max caster level dealing 1d8+5? per hit as a touch attack. That's a heck of a lot easier to rule anyways. Qualifies as a scimitar as well I think and it'd cost 2x10x2000=40k or so. Then you could always see if you could enchant it as a weapon. +5 keen frost flame blade
