Dwarf - Legacy Weapon
Monk - Several Monk items from his teacher
Half-Elf (Archer/apothecary) - Ancient Elven Book on Apothecary
Dwarf Cleric of Luck(Evangelist)/Luckstealer [RotW modified] - ?
Human Rogue (Steet Urchin) - ?

Can any one suggest anything more for the two remaining characters?

How about a luckblade or a luckstone for the Dwarf?

Give the urchin a garrote.
